MUXI furniture is delivered by TaoHome Logistics. Delivery and installation terms below.
Delivery
- Delivered by TaoHome Logistics, free of charge across Taiwan.
- Arrives within about 45 business days after order confirmation (excluding holidays).
- We notify you by phone or SMS before delivery.
- Coverage: main island of Taiwan (call us first for outlying islands).
- Delivery hours: Mon–Sat 09:00–18:00.
Installation
- Basic placement at your home is included.
- Assembly (if needed) can be quoted separately — note it when ordering.
- Please inspect the item on delivery; photograph and report any damage to the delivery crew immediately.
