Warranty
Every MUXI piece is inspected before shipping. Below are our warranty and return terms — reach us on LINE or by phone with any questions.
Coverage & Period
- Power-sofa motors carry a 1-year warranty.
- Fabric and frame carry a 6-month warranty.
- Damage caused by misuse (cutting, crushing, soaking, improper cleaning) is not covered.
Returns & Refunds
- Per Taiwan consumer protection law, returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping is at the buyer's cost; for defects or wrong shipments we cover it.
- Refunds are completed within 7–14 business days after we receive the return.
